Designed for a family of three, this duplex penthouse embodies a quiet, minimal aesthetic softened with warm, lived-in comfort. The home follows a modern design language with subtle Neo-Classical details that add refinement without visual weight.

A welcoming foyer leads into a double-height living area where a lintel-level TV unit and vertical linework accentuate the volume. Warm wood tones, layered panels, and thoughtfully placed partitions create openness while defining each zone with clarity.

The kitchen adopts a bright, functional parallel layout with an extended L-corner, finished in off-white acrylic shutters, warm wood, and designer dado tiles. The bedrooms continue the home’s serene material palette — the master with a fluted wooden backdrop and sculptural storage, and the kid’s room with playful trims, an integrated study nook, and a magnetic panel for creative expression.

On the upper floor, a visually connected library and study nook overlook the living space. A full-height storage wall balances open shelves and closed units, celebrating the family’s love for books while expanding the sense of scale.
